I'm finding that in the morning, before it heats up, and while trudging down the street, is when I do some of my best thinking. I've got all sorts of things on my mind, and decisions to make, and this morning when I was out runalking (my combination of running and walking) I had a whole chain of 'aha' moments and ideas. It's my 'me' time!

Okay Megann, you're inspiring me. I can't believe you are going so far already. I did a mile and a half yesterday and I was physically ill. I don't know if I can ever like running. But, you make me want to try. Anyways, so how do you count your miles when you're runalking? Do you count ONLY running toward your goal, or does the walking count as well?
